Hello! I am Chinatsu, a certified coach, owner of Illumination Laboratory, and co-founder of Maternity Leap, LLC. I am committed to my life’s mission to illuminate all the unique colors in people so that they can design their lives with infinite possibilities. My unique way of coaching gives people space to be themselves and deeply connect to both self and others. I am convinced that more of this will lead to a brighter world. I am passionate about supporting people during transition—especially big life events like moving to a different country, becoming a parent, or seeking a new career. I support people who are in the midst of chaos, helping them set their compass to their true value, vision and dream; enabling them to live rich lives where the barometer swings big with aliveness. I believe that all the overwhelm and struggle is also an opportunity to leap into the life that is desired.

While I coach 1-on-1, I also train coaches at CTI Japan as a faculty since 2022.
